Keegan and Jeremy are a husband-and-wife team who believe in investing in their local community of Rochester, NY. They currently own and manage nine mixed-use commercial and residential buildings in Rochester, Avon, and Bloomfield, New York.
Jeremy grew up in Mendon, and his background is in Business Management. He graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Keegan grew up in Irondequoit and is a very avid Paddle Ball player. When they’re not serving their residents, they can be found spending time with their new baby daughter, or enjoying the company of close friends on the lake, court, or around the fire.
